URGENT: Locum Ongoing Family/Internal Med Provider needed ASAP in Tucson, AZ
Location: Tucson, AZ; Great place to spend fall and winter
Setting: Outpatient
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing through the end of the year. One physician ASAP through October; One physician ASAP through 12/31 or longer.
Coverage: Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p
Requirements
- BC FM or IM Doctor
- Must be able to see all ages
- Active, unrestricted AZ license
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or active cases) DEA must be AZ.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Must have the following immunizations: MMR. Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test
Support available: 2 MAs
EMR: Athena
Volume: 18-24 patients per shift / 3 exam rooms
Travel & Lodging provided
Malpractice Insurance provided
