  • Location: Fillmore
  • Length: 3months
  • Start: ASAP
  • Credentialing: 2 weeks
  • Patient volume: 3/4 per Hr
  • Staffing: 2 up front; 2 MA s; 1 LVN
  • EMR: Next Gen
  • All-Inclusive Rates
  • BC: MUST BE FM
  • All ages
  • Schedule: M-F; 9am-530pm; 1 late shift per week from 11a-8pm on either Monday or Thursday
