Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Starting As soon as Credentialed through October with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p On Site
- Worksite Setting: Full Scope Family Practice Clinic with acute care services; outpatient; diagnosis and management of common as well as some complex medical conditions
- Scope of Work: Patient physicals, heatlh appraisals, labwork, consultations, acute care, managment of chronic conditions, illness visits, evaluations, etc
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License Required, Must be Board Certified. Will not accept BE. BLS, DEA, experience with computer based records systems; see all ages newborn to elders is preferred,
- Pay Rate: $130/hr - $155/hr (will vary on travel needs).
