Job Description

Are you a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (APRN) looking to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community setting? Join a collaborative outpatient primary care team in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont , where patient-centered care and teamwork come first!

Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

  • Call: 1:11 rotation (light call schedule)

  • No weekends

  • ️ Outpatient Primary Care setting

  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary medical group

Your Role

As an APRN, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families

  • Focus on health promotion, prevention, and wellness

  • Independently perform medical acts within APRN scope

  • Educate patients and families to support informed care decisions
