Job Description
The Center for Medically Fragile Children at Providence Child Center is seeking a Per Diem, board certified nurse practitioner or pediatric nurse practitioner to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team serving children with disabilities in Oregon. This role involves co managing the care of medically fragile children alongside therapists, pediatric development specialists, and physicians. The Center is the only pediatric skilled nursing facility in the Pacific Northwest, offering a meaningful practice environment with an excellent work life balance in the scenic Portland area.
