Family Health Nurse Practitioner opening in Johnstown, NY - Located 50 miles from AlbanyPosition Details

  • Full-time or part-time, permanent
  • Seeking a Family Practice NP for all ages.
    • Clinic open 5 days a week. Seeking a FT Nurse Practitioner to attend 4, 4.5 or 5 days a week. In addition, seeking PT providers who may wish to back up or position share. Clinic deliver Preventative care, Urgent care, Chronic Care Management, school physicals, DOT exams, blood draw and retail pharmacy services.
