This is a superb opportunity to work alongside leading solicitors and experts on high quality privately funded cases. The team have particular expertise in dealing with complex issues such as business assets, farming businesses, trusts and pensions and cases with an international dimension.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in family and matrimonial cases including divorce, financial settlements and children matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Representing clients in court hearings and negotiations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the firm
