Family Solicitor (NQ – 3 Years PQE)
Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Family Solicitor to join a growing and supportive legal team specialising in privately funded and legal aid family matters.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for family law, strong client care skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed caseload of family matters including:
- Divorce and financial remedy matters
- Private children matters
- Public children matters
- Non-Molestation Orders
- Occupation Orders
- Handling legal aid matters and use of the legal aid portal
- Navigating and managing matters via the HMCTS portal
- Drafting legal documents including:
- Client care letters
- Witness statements
