Job Description

Farm Cleanout Associate

We have immediate openings for the Farm Clean Out Crews at our Loretto, TN facility. These positions are responsible for performing ground labor and assisting equipment operators in the cleaning of poultry houses and equipment. All positions are day shift. Pay starts at $16/hr. Growth opportunities are readily available to those interested in growing with our company.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Basic understanding of machinery tears down and setup
  • Standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50lbs
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Takes accountability for individual performance
  • Bending and stooping repetitively throughout shift
