A well-established, family-owned farm operation in the Finger Lakes region is seeking a dependable, hands-on Farm Hand to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking ownership of day-to-day farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of farm equipment including tractors, planters, sprayers, and harvest equipment
- Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop production activities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on equipment
- Support grain handling, loading/unloading, and facility upkeep
