I am looking for a dedicated and qualified Farm Manager / Agronomist to modernize and manage operations at our commercial agricultural enterprise.

Set up and manage a vegetable farming pilot project (small/low tunnel) Provide technical advisory for existing crops and orchards Assist in grading produce and establishing market linkages Develop reporting frameworks and financial KPIs Maintain complete transparency in field reporting and input usage
Requirements
B.Sc or M.Sc (Hons) in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field 2-3 years of experience Hands-on knowledge of modern farming techniques (drip irrigation, mulching, pest management, tunnel farming) Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to work independently in a field environment Integrity and accountability are non-negotiable
