FARM MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Montagu area – Western Cape: The Farm Manager will be responsible for all farming operation side of the business. POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural degree or diploma advantageous’
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Experience in Stone Fruit and or Nuts and Vegetable production.
• A huge passion for plants in general and an open-minded approach for permaculture farming and farming with nature.
• Computer literate
• Being maintenance orientated essential
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
• Must have valid driver’s license
