Our client, a well-established wine farm situated on Kromme Rhee Road outside Stellenbosch, is seeking a hands‑on Farm Manager to join their team. This opportunity is suited to a practical and reliable individual with strong vineyard and equipment experience, good people management skills, and the ability to work closely with farm workers and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the wine farm and vineyard activities.
- Manage and supervise farm workers and related labour activities.
- Operate and manage harvest machinery and tractors when required.
- Assist with general mechanical and maintenance tasks on farming equipment.
- Ensure vineyard spraying and fertiliser programmes are executed correctly using systems such as EPK and VITI/VITA.
