Job Description
Role focuses on supervising farm operations, cleaning greenhouse, operating machinery, maintaining logs, and leading a team of 11‑15 workers.
Responsibilities
- Greenhouse cleaning
- Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations
- Maintain work records and logs
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Languages: Spanish and Castilian (proficient)
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in farm operations
- Equipment and machinery experience: Forklift operation
- Supervisory experience: Supervision of 11‑15 people
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized, team player
