MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Technical trade certificate advantageous
- 3–5 years farm / technical operation experience
- Proven team supervision experience
- Valid Code 08/EB licence (essential)
- Electrical fault-finding & repairs
- Plumbing, pipework & pump maintenance
- Irrigation installation & programming
- Farm equipment operation
- Levels & site measurement
- Basic welding advantageous
- Genuine passion for farming
- Loves outdoor hands-on work
- Strong practical problem-solver
- Process-of-elimination thinker
- Self-motivated & takes initiative
- Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
