- Operate commercial vehicles (primarily bulk feed trucks/trailers) to deliver feed accurately and on time to designated farm bins.
- Manage the loading and unloading of feed products, ensuring correct quantity and preventing contamination.
- Maintain accurate electronic and/or paper records of deliveries, mileage, and inventory.
- Humanely load, transport, and unload swine (various sizes) between farm locations and to processing facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all farm Biosecurity Protocols, including rigorous cleaning and disinfecting of the truck and livestock trailer after each haul.
- Ensure proper animal welfare during transport, including appropriate ventilation and temperature control.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned vehicles and trailers.
