Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Farm Veterinarian to join a leading dairy farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Farm Veterinarian will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of the dairy herd through preventive healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, and management of animal diseases. You will play a vital role in improving production efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health assessments and clinical examinations of dairy cattle.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and infectious diseases in the herd.
- Develop and implement herd health programs including vaccination schedules, biosecurity, and disease prevention protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to farm staff on animal care, handling, and welfare practices.
