Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with brand direction and customer trends
- Conduct trend research and create mood boards to inform range planning
- Develop detailed tech packs, CADs, and product specifications for production
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials in line with design and commercial requirements
- Work closely with product development and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed
- Attend fit sessions and provide feedback on garment construction, fit, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buying, merchandising, and marketing
- Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to inform future collections
- Ensure adherence to critical path timelines from concept through to production
- Design and develop knitwear ranges, including yarn selection, stitch development, and knit construction
