As a Fashion Woman Designer , you will be responsible for designing and developing garments aligned with Desigual’s creative vision, brand DNA and business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Buying and Production to ensure collections are innovative, commercially relevant and aligned with seasonal concepts and trends.

- 4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work week to enhance creativity and balance. In addition, we have flexibility of time in and out.
