Job Description

Chello is seeking a customer service officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing online orders and inventory, assisting customers with showroom try‑ons, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online business.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with showroom try‑ons and provide guidance on styling and fit.
  • Manage online orders from start to finish – processing orders, monitoring order status, and updating customers on any changes or delays. Coordinate with other teams, such as shipping or warehouse, to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the fulfilment process of online orders: check stock levels, pack orders, arrange for shipping or delivery, and ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
