Overview
What Will You Do? As an F&B Assistant, you will support the daily food and beverage operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for students, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily/weekly specials to students, faculty members, parents and perform upselling.
- Answer questions related to menu that we offered.
- Take food and beverage orders from students.
- Providing food and beverage to students and perform cashiering at each of the assigned counter.
- Prepare cutleries especially only for MINUM, ES Café & event setup.
- Prepare itemized bills and take payments from students/teachers.
- Set up canteen counter, dining areas, refill condiments, and stock replenishment.
- Clean drink preparation areas, facilities, or equipment such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up server station, taking out garbage.
