The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This role assists in team leadership, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company standards and brand expectations. Key Responsibilities Operational Support & Service Excellence Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Uphold and enforce service standards, operational procedures, and company policies. Monitor floor operations and provide hands-on support during peak service periods.
