The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for the food and beverage outlets across multiple hotels within a cluster or region.
Responsibilities
- Define the Marketing & Communication Plan for Outlets
- Establish the Marketing & Communication plan
- Plan creation
- Plan monitoring
- Plan adaptation throughout the year
- Ensure visual and conceptual consistency for each outlet
- Develop all stationery and communication/marketing materials required for each restaurant
- Supervise publications, materials, and shootings in Digital Communication
- Control monthly publication calendars
