Job Description
In the role of F&B Coordinator at Grand Hotel Timeo you will provide support to the Food & Beverage Manager and the F&B department in daily administrative and operational activities. This role will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the hotel's service standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external correspondence and communications for the F&B department.
- Maintain archives of documents, contracts, suppliers, and departmental files.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations as requested by the F&B Manager.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for Food & Beverage procurements, including follow-up.
- Assist in scheduling and managing F&B staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
