• Lead the team and manage team’s morale.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints.
• Manage and coordinate to ensure smooth service performance.
• Manage any troubleshooting at outlet level and make decision at supervisory level.
• Coordinate with marketing executive for promotional event.
• Staff training of new/existing staff.
• Communicate with team through regular briefing about the standards and business requirements to be delivered.
