F&B Operator
We are looking for an F&B Operator to support the daily operations of our beachfront dining and beverage experience at Summerhouse Beach Club. This role is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards across the outlet.
Key Responsibilities- Provide welcoming and professional customer service to all guests
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with menu enquiries
- Prepare and handle food and beverages in accordance with company and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across dining and service areas
- Support daily opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory handling when required
- Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and operational teams during service periods
