Job Description
Oversees Food and Beverage operations in the outlet to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and hotel action plans.Maintains updated departmental manuals and conducts regular team briefings.Ensures both guest-facing and internal service meet brand standards, handling complaints promptly and professionally.Actively monitors service quality during peak periods and fosters strong guest and team relationships.Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluency in spoken and written English required.
Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
