Job Description
- Organizes and directs the preparation of the weekly cover forecasts for all outlet, coordinates staffing and sets up changes in Food & Beverage areas as determined from the review and analysis of the weekly forecast.
- Supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.
- Supervises and coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
- Manages the day-to-day operation of outlets in accordance with established SOP.
- Maintains effective communication with all outlets and kitchens to follow-up, feedback and consistently maintains high product and service standards.
- Supervises, coordinates and follows up on monthly inventories.
- Assists in the operation during service time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3+ years in F&B management.
