Summary
Responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to hotel & swimming pool guest.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures.
- Deliver F&B services in accordance to outlet's standards and procedures.
- Check on table setting, cleanliness and side station preparation as per work station assigned prior to the start of operation.
- Pick up and serve F&B orders. Ensure that F&B are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the guest's table at the correct temperature.
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival at the pool.
- Apply necessary precaution with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Try to remember individual guest's names and their preferences to extend personalised service.
