Job Description
Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable) Working Address: Central Region Working hours: 5 Days Work Week |Split Shift | Sunday and Monday Closed Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day functions of the restaurant.
Maintain a proactive and organised approach, providing efficient and excellent guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
Follow managers' directions to deliver smooth customer service while maintaining restaurant service standards and standard operating procedures.
Handle guest interactions including seating arrangements, menu recommendations, upselling, order-taking, order fulfilment, and attending to guest needs.
Support daily operations such as opening and closing duties, clearing and setting tables, polishing glassware, and replenishing condiments.
Work collaboratively with the team, providing support and taking the lead when needed to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
