SUMMARY : Coordinates and ensures the food/guest service in the Restaurant, Cascades Lounge Bar area along with all the beverage service areas and the gaming floor areas are up to casino standards. Have knowledge of or learn the EZ Labor payroll system to make any revisions or edits to the system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
