Your day to day
- Ensuring the Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms are supervised on a daily basis.
- Act as the direct point of contact for all Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms colleagues.
- Perform opening or closing duties when needed.
- Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train colleagues in all Restaurant outlet / Banquet & Conference Rooms activities and operations.
- Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating colleague performance.
