Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train service staff (waiters/waitresses/crew)
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance if applicable)
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team
- Manage cashiering duties and daily closing reports
- Support outlet manager in achieving sales and operational targets
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality (supervisory role preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (other languages is a plus)
