Executive Support | HR & People Operations | Project Coordination
As F&B Venue Manager , you’ll lead the daily rhythm of Hart Shoreditch’s restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and event service. This isn’t a siloed F&B role, it’s a holistic leadership position embedded in the wider hotel experience. You’ll ensure consistency and excellence across guest service, team engagement, and operational flow, working hand-in-hand with the kitchen, events, and front office teams.
From early morning setups to late-night drinks, from intimate private dinners to full venue activations, you’ll be the connector ensuring the energy, tone, and quality is spot on across every service. You’ll bring strategic thinking, warm floor presence, and a flexible mindset to lead a small but dynamic team across the hotel’s lifestyle spaces.
