Job Description
This position provides back-office and operational support to the claims operations by managing moderately complex workflows, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process efficiency and quality outcomes. This role coordinates with internal teams, supports onboarding and peer guidance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The position follows established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality.
Shift timings - 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
Requirements
