Job Description
Manufacturing Specialist – Gemini, Neustadt, ON.
Full Time – On‑site. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Overtime scheduled as needed.
Salary Range: CAD $19.54–$25.76 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Letter Finisher – ensure products are clean, assemble as instructed by work order, count and match contents.
- Painter – mix paint, spray products, maintain quality standards.
- Shipper – inspect finished products, maintain shipping procedures, prepare for UPS/truck pick‑up.
- FCO Operator – operate lasers/routers, laminate foils or metal, participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement, complete other duties.
- Laminator – laminate foils or metal to substrate.
- Lean/Continuous Improvement – participate in plant improvement efforts, complete assigned duties.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
