We are looking for an experienced FAR/DFARS Contracts Manager to join an environmental organization in Denver, CO on a contract-to-hire capacity. This hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is designed for someone who can oversee government contract activities with confidence, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail. The role works closely with program, finance, legal, and leadership teams to guide contract strategy, support compliance, and protect the company’s interests throughout the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee federal agreements from initial review through award, administration, changes, and final closeout while keeping activities organized and on schedule.
• Examine contract terms across prime awards, subcontracts, non-disclosure agreements, teaming arrangements, and vendor documents, and negotiate language that balances compliance with business objectives.
