The Summit Federation is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Business Manager to join our new federation and senior leadership team.
About the Role
As a vital member of our Leadership Team, the Federation Business Manager (FBM) will lead and manage the business functions of schools within the Summit Federation. Reporting directly to the Executive Headteacher, you will oversee financial management, human resources, health and safety, compliance, administration and site management. You will play a key role in enabling our leadership team and governors to focus on delivering outstanding teaching and learning by ensuring smooth and efficient school operations.
