An established organization in the agricultural sector is looking to appoint a skilled and driven Feedmill Manager to oversee the smooth running of feedmill operations and support overall farm production requirements. This role requires a proactive individual with strong operational, administrative, and people management skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily feedmill operations and production activities
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management
- Coordinate stock ordering and monitor feed consumption requirements
- Implement and manage feed ration processes
- Monitor feed quality, accuracy, and operational efficiencies
