Female Machine Operators

Responsibilities

• Monitors the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.
• Checks the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.
• Ensure no damage/s on equipment.
• Coordinates with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshoot.
• Maintains cleanliness of workplace and equipment preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at workplace.
• Working in compliance with various quality standards such as GMP HACCP Food Safety Awareness ISO.
• Follows various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.
• Do CLIRT (Clean Lubricate Inspect Retightening) as per the checklist provided.
• Inspection of product and packing of the product as per the given standard.
