Job Description
Festilight is hiring a hands‑on supervisor to support our installation crews and keep our warehouse running smoothly and safely. You will spend time both in the field and in the warehouse, helping the team execute consistently, coaching to our standards, and stepping in to solve day‑to‑day operational problems.
What you will do
- Lead and support field crews day to day through clear direction, practical coaching, and respectful accountability.
- Enforce safety and quality standards, including PPE compliance and safe work practices. Stop work when safety or quality is at risk.
- Run weekly safety meetings and reinforce checklist discipline.
- Complete site checks each week and document findings using the supervisor site checklist.
- Support daily readiness with morning load‑outs and afternoon unloads. Confirm crews have the right tools and equipment.
