In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of fiber services, including splicing, wiring, and equipment management. You will complete installation and service calls according to the daily schedule, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair fiber optic services, including splicing and equipment setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues efficiently.
- Ensure work meets Mill-Tel, Inc.'s standards and industry requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
- Safely utilize tools, ladders, and equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
