We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operation team. This role will be based in Taiwan.

We will count on you to:

Billing and Invoicing

  • Review billing requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies before finalizing invoices.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices promptly to support timely revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Placement, Policy Servicing, and Business Units to resolve billing discrepancies within agreed turnaround times.
  • Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary billing documentation.
  • Maintain adherence to billing procedures, policies, and compliance standards.

    • Credit Control and Collections

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments through professional and courteous communication via phone and email.
