Job Description
The Field Action Team Engineer provides a crucial role in leading the investigation of an open case request through the signature approval process and through release to the field. The Field Action Team offers high visibility to Senior Managers, Directors and Senior Vice Presidents on a weekly basis and engages cross‐functionally with Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance (TSRC) and Technical Service Operations (TSO).
Responsibilities
Lead the creation, approval, and release of Rapid Service Updates (RSU), Customer Satisfaction Notifications (CSN) and Warranty Extensions (WE) Field Actions. Meet key process indicators (KPIs) for case open to Director signatures, L1 Signatures, and fully approved to release to the field. Lead cross‐functional teams to obtain information required for Director financial approvals.
