Job Description
Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and support to customers and channel partners across the region, from enquiry to post-deployment support. Deliver product walkthroughs, technical workshops, and on-site/virtual training to uplift users' application know-how. Configure motion control systems at customer sites, including commissioning, parameter tuning, and servo performance optimisation. Support pre-sales activities by proposing suitable technical solutions, conducting demos, and addressing application feasibility. Collaborate with customers to design and implement tailored motion applications for specialised use cases. Diagnose system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution to minimise downtime. Work with internal teams to relay field feedback and contribute to continuous product and solution improvements.
