About the job Field Automotive Team Leader
- Field Visit to Specified Auto Hubs such as 10th Avenue Caloocan, Banawe, Libertad
- Speak to Shop Owners (Auto Repair/ Auto Parts Supplier) and Mechanics
- Technical Discussion/Introduction of Pioneer Automoto Range (Mighty Gasket, Liquid Gasket, OCB, RC)
- Successfully Recruit Shop Owners and Mechanics to below programs.
- Provide Daily Insights Reporting on shop owner/mechanic feedback per discussion.
- Provide weekly coverage report/conversion report.
- Gather Market Insights/Voice of Customer/Competitive Check (Brand/Store Presence, Prices, Marketing Initiatives in area)
- Sales-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Technically adept in automotive products and solutions
- Good interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships
