Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Standardization

Define and implement standardized processes, KPIs, audits, and governance across ME.

Harmonize time sheets and activity reporting to ensure comparable measurement across countries.

Lead annual review of maintenance routes with Country Leaders.

Field Enablement

Develop manuals, SOPs, and best practices.
