- Conduct Care Pro supervisions, PDP’s, Annual Appraisals and other touchpoints.
- Support Care pros to obtain their Care Certificate.
- Conduct training workshops and assess Care Pros in medication, moving and assisting and other non-clinical competencies.
- Maintain accurate Care Pro records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
- Conduct Care Pro introductions to clients.
- During Care Pro touchpoints build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
- Support and mentor Care Professionals.
- Provide support to the Client Experience team.
- Maintain regular contact with Care Professionals.
- Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
