Field Supervisor supervises internal field officers to achieve the company’s target for recoveries.
Responsibilities
- Conducts Effective Monitoring of Field officer Collection Activity to ensure that daily goals are being delivered
- Monitor, Collate and report the Daily Collections output of the team.
- Conducts area visit, FO evaluation, Documented Observation, Coaching and Feedback
- Implement and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor if it is correctly followed
- Conducts investigation, evidence gathering for fraud incident both internal and external
- Conducts daily team huddle to discuss team performance, meetings and calibration on a regular basis, or as needed
- Facilitate training roll outs in different local areas such as MS Trainings and Pre-Employment Training
- Cascade communication, code reds and facilitate MUF update, phone configuration
