**Field Construction Manager (FCM)**
The Field Construction Manager (FCM), under the guidance of the Project Manager and Construction Manager, coordinates, manages, and supervises all construction and on-site electromechanical tasks, as well as civil work. The FCM is responsible for:
+ Coordinating the schedule with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to ensure required site progress.
+ Managing the mobilization and demobilization of resources in a timely manner.
+ Implementing corrective measures to ensure compliance with Client’s policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

+ Provide proactive field support to resolve problems.
+ Open/close daily work notifications; inspect substation/ROW perimeter.
+ Report weekly/monthly; document site meetings.
+ Monitor schedule and attend contractor meetings.
